Placement: after the sign-off, above the foot — app-chrome styling (mono/muted), so it reads as the app asking, not the writer grading their own letter.
Copy is fixed English (app chrome, like the name "Seen"); the doc body keeps following the account language.
Serve-time injected like the cost line — legacy docs get it too; never injected on an admin peek.
Storage: on the artifact JSON (latest wins, history kept) → a verdict column in the console's Seen tab; later feeds the next Seen's writer (the come-back engine).
In A, switching the verdict re-asks the chips (a chip means "this made it" under 👍 but "this fell down" under 👎, so selections reset). Re-tapping the selected thumb clears the rating.
