Reading with the masters — the personas react to a brief mockup · 2026-09-22

Short answer: under every news brief, two to four personas who know the field say what they see in it — a deeper explanation, a fresh angle, a memory that makes the number mean something — each in its own voice, each anchored on one line of the brief. No sides, no staged argument; a persona answers another only when it has something to add. The reader scrolls the voices like a feed, taps a name to see who they are, and taps Ask to take any thread into a private chat with that persona. The brief is the fact base every voice is held to. Nothing here is built.
