decidedThe owner picked H — an obligation wears its TOOL’s own colour — and it shipped in v649. Every obligation now sets --accent from TOOL_ICONS’ per-tool hue（the same custom property the gate card already uses for the same idea）, so the pill and the card it points at are visibly one object and coral goes back to meaning「press me」and nothing else. The +N lost its colour with the change: it names no tool, so it has no hue to wear, and leaving it coral would have made the one remaining coral blob the loudest thing on a strip that had just been quietened.
Ten treatments for the one mark the strip has to make: this one is waiting on YOU. Every specimen is the same strip — two 状态 chips left, two obligations right — drawn with room-ui.html's own chip CSS at the real 375px. Flip the theme; the answer has to hold in both.
Why today's is worth changing. Coral is the app's press-me colour — the send button,「Call the panel」, every link. Two coral-filled capsules in a 36px strip directly under the topbar therefore read as the most pressable things on screen, which is exactly backwards: a pill is a LOCATOR, never a button. It also spends the accent twice over — a tinted surface and coral words on it, the lowest-contrast pairing in the palette — and in dark the tint #382A24 lands as a muddy brown rather than a signal.
What any answer has to do
Out-rank 状态 at a glance. Squint at the strip: the obligation must arrive first. That is the whole job, and it is why every specimen is shown beside state chips rather than alone.
Not out-rank the composer. The strip is a reminder above a conversation. The loudest thing on screen stops being furniture and starts being an alarm.
Survive the ladder. The title clips from 140px to 56px and the pill can end as icon + verb — so a treatment that lives in the title fades out exactly when the strip is busiest.
Hold in light and dark, at 11.5px mono beside a 24px glyph.
Say「yours」, not「urgent」. Nothing here is on fire; something is waiting.

What I would pick

The strip stops being a coral bar and becomes a row of small coloured objects, each the colour of the card it points at — the pill and its destination are visibly one thing — and coral goes back to meaning「press me」and nothing else. It scales for free: every tool has carried its own accent since v604, so a ninth tool arrives with its hue already assigned. The honest risk: a busy strip turns polychrome, and 状态 reads as neutral only by contrast. B is the opposite bet and the safer one — change almost nothing, and let a 7px dot on the tool's own picture carry the message. It is the literal reading of ruling ⑭（a pill is a tray icon）, and it is the only option whose mark sits on the glyph, so it is still there at the ladder's bottom rung when the title has gone. It also cannot make the strip louder, which is the failure mode we are here to fix. What I would not ship: G（solid）. It is the clearest of the ten and it makes a locator look like a button — the one confusion this design exists to avoid. If you want the strip quieter than it has ever been, look at D, F and I. I in particular is the only treatment that survives colour-blindness and a grayscale screenshot by construction.
