The toolbox UI
What a person touches when a room has instruments in it. The bar: recognized and trusted at first sight — like a die, a post-it, a whiteboard — no teaching. One rule runs under all of it: a move is a capsule, an outcome is a card, and everything is built from one set of shared bubble parts.
The material is in nine pages, each one object or one decision. Read them in this order — it is the order a person meets them: the icon on the sheet, the sheet that sets the tool up, the card the outcome arrives in, the strip at the top that holds what is live.
The set
- Tool iconsa house-drawn SVG for each tool, shades of one accent — never a pasted emoji.
- Tool paletteeight tools, eight accents, two pairs a person cannot tell apart — four ways out, measured.
- Furniturethe living spec for the six objects; the die as pathfinder for the system material.
- The setting sheetone template, every tool — set up a poll once, manage a sealed deal without reading.
- The timer card shipped v652the ring becomes a card; the three forks it turned on, rendered both ways in both themes.
- The pollthe sealed ballot was right about the danger and wrong about the experience — the redesign.
- The top bar shipped v635who gets the width on a 375px phone: pinned cards, the clock, the board, obligations, notices.

Where the rest is
The design of the instruments themselves — the six moves, the orthogonal engine, the lifecycle — is the toolbox contents; what was measured is the definition of done and its siblings. The icon set is also mirrored in the Style Guide.
