Short answer: for three weeks Ink's morning was written by the personas — an essay each, from a harvested peg. The owner read every edition, the loop got a critic, a workbench and a ledger, and the pieces got better and still read as a machine's. On 09-22 the owner closed it:「the brief is the end product」— the brief line writes the morning now, and the personas read with you under it. The forty pages of that month are kept whole on the Shelf; this is the thread through them.

2 · What the month established

Three findings outlived the track and run in the product today:

The register ceiling is real. A reader spots machine writing every time, whichever model sits in the chair, and a check judged by the same kind of model marks its own homework. So the brief line asks a persona for a reaction, not an essay — and the echo work of late September (Read with) removes the shared input rather than adding checks.
The upstream decides the piece. What the model reads is most of what it writes: the scope, the harvest, the notebook. That is why the scope is the reader's own setting and the brief carries the reporting behind it.
Measure against the owner's read, not a score. The quality score was retired as a target; every change since is measured as a before/after on a real edition and read by eye.
